NJIT, Eastern Kentucky & Rider. They aren't aiming very high. Neubauer has the best credentials out of those, by far.

Former UR assistant to be named at Fordham

Former University of Richmond assistant basketball coach Jeff Neubauer will be named Fordham's new coach on Tuesday, according to numerous reports.

Fordham plays in the Atlantic 10 Conference, as do Richmond, VCU and George Mason.

Neubauer, 44, went 188-134 at Eastern Kentucky during the last 10 years and led the Colonels to a pair of NCAA tournament appearances. Neubauer was a UR assistant for six years under Bill Dooley and John Beilein, starting in the mid-1990s. Neubauer went from Richmond to West Virginia with Beilein in 2002.

Yeah. Neubauer is a good coach, but I don't think he's good enough to get Fordham out of the A-10's basement.
 
Great hire. Neubauer can coach. His colonials came to the Stu a year or two ago and almost beat us. He'll have Fordham in the middle of the A10 within 3 years.

I don't know about that. He seemed to recruit a lot of JUCO's to EKU. Will he be able to recruit enough talent to Fordham? Not an easy school to get in & they play in a small, old gym in the Bronx. Difficult school to recruit to.
