Too many pages?

quick question...

Our discussion board has 10 replies per page...do you all think that's too few? Is it easier to read the discussions if there are fewer pages? or more pages like the Zone? I imagine we can adjust that...

just have one page to discuss recruiting. we have 5 or 6 on here right now, each for a different guy
