RICHMOND, Va. – Virginia Commonwealth University posted its second straight Colonial Athletic Association series victory after defeating The College of William & Mary, 1-0, Sunday afternoon in the final game of a three-game set.
VCU has won back-to-back series to start the conference schedule and improves its record to 15-13 overall with a 5-1 mark in CAA play. William & Mary falls to 17-10 and 3-3 in conference action.
