Galloway National Golf Club
RICHMOND, Va. – The Virginia Commonwealth University Men’s Golf team will head to the Galloway National Golf Club in Galloway, N.J. for an NCAA Regional May 14-16.
The Rams, the Colonial Athletic Association champions, will tackle a 14-team field that includes sixth-ranked Clemson, as well as Big Ten-champion Illinois. Other opponents include No. 11 Alabama, No. 24 Tennessee and No. 28 Wake Forest. VCU is ranked 63rd by Golf Week.
The tournament is one of six 54-hole regionals. The top five teams from each region will advance to the NCAA Championships May 26-30 at the Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio.
