There are plenty of older fans who use their phones even less than you do. Call me old (I am) but I miss the days of paper tickets. We used to take our son to games when he was younger, and he would save the tickets to all of the games he went to for that season, and put them on his bulletin board. A bunch of them are still there. Obviously there are benefits to the electronic tickets, not the least of which is that you don't have to remember to bring paper tickets with you when you go to the arena (don't ask how I know that's a problem), and also that it saves the university money, but I don't know that the upsides outweigh the downsides.Just gonna out this here, I was helping a couple of friends acquire tix thru another friend, middle manning.
Worst pita ever, but I learned my lesson figured I'd pass it on. Do ticket transfers on a phone, don't even bother with a PC, and don't try printing them out, I was more than 1 warning along the way saying their system is set up to work like that. this is the vcutickets.evenue site.
I was sitting here on this computer sitting beside our chair, I never use phones for anything (go thru less than 1/2gb each month never going over that. I was trying just to be able to see the tickets so I could get a screenshot and parking pass, while signed into the tickets site. Everything and anything I did would not enable me to see them. Then I figured out I could reissue tickets to my own email and then hit “add to Apple wallet“ click on them and be able to get a view of them, but still could do the parking pass. Nothing on PC would work with that., and I tried a few ways around it. Then something told me to just try it on my phone (sign into vcu evenue site on a mobile browser), there, everything above worked like a charm. Their whole site is set up so that it will not really work proficiently on a computer, everything is all about phones these days, I suppose. I hate using phones for anything except for voice dictation. Just passing this on.
