VCU-ODU Tactics

A friend of mine/ODY fan just informed me via facebook that "VCU students are quiet compared to the ODU fans at the Ted". Well. I am in no way quiet, especially when it's a close game. So I want everyone loud. Is anybody doing anything obnoxious? And if you aren't going, does anyone have any suggestions for those who are? I want to bring butterfly nets to the game.

grab a student section ticket
also, find out if they are doing their somewhat-annual "white out for vcu" again... if they are, wear wear something that will stand out (it better be VCU GOLD!)
intentionally mess up their ice cream and cake song, screwing up the dance
messing with them on their chants
don't mess with alumni. students @ odu will only verbally assult you, the alumni will dump trash on your head (SEE: Pav)
Go to the bathroom anywhere but the Ted, unless it is on one of the seats!
be respectful to the ushers.
don't expect anyone to like you. if someone is nasty to you, be nice to them. it pisses them off more. they want you to say something mean and get you fired up. just be polite with them and they'll get pissed and leave you alone.
Sit where your tickets say. If you try to move, and something happens, the usher won't take your side if you aren't where your ticket says.
you'll find it much more enjoyable if you cheer for the game, and not antagonize the fans.
any other road trippers want to give tips to a first timer @ ODU?

Unrelated to ODU, but pertaining to road trips in the CAA, don't chant kick me out. they might actually do it.

My ticket is in Section 114... And yeah I'm planning on wearing gold and probably a wig and might paint my face. I was just wondering if I would be near other students. I don't wanna be in the middle of a bunch of ODU fans, especially if we win

Yeah apparently their students are pretty blah and only show up for the big games. I don't care what your friend says, we're FAR more enthusiastic then their students. Like someone said, there's multiple threads with ODU fans stating this.

And they sit down the whole time? Laaaame.

The worst they ever got from me was a sign telling them why they suck (then again, I'm not Ashley, who once pegged a girl from 5 rows back with a full water bottle and proceeded to nail her with a vicious right cross, glad we got out of that one and back to the bus).

did she go get that bottle? because the right cross was done with bottle in hand. Ashley is the friggin best. I remember us surrounding her so no one could see her and escorting her out while security was looking for her!

Fortunately back then we had enough fat Rowdy Rams to form a phalanx around one little fiery one.

WOW! Yeah they definitely don't sound too classy. So if we did anyagonize expect it to get physical? Haha. Is anyone else sitting in 114?

Was that the incident where they starting windmilling at the top of the steps? I remember flying in to help get them off of each other. It could only have gotten worse.
