Maynor is a legit candidate for the Wolves 18th pick in the June 25 draft. Most mock drafts place Maynor anywhere from No. 17 to No. 21. If Minnesota does not draft a point guard with the sixth pick, Maynor would fit a big need with his strong leadership and passing skills. Maynor can score and distribute, which should be attractive for the Wolves in their evaluation process.

Odd that he didn't mention his performance against Collison

Just listened to the interview, and I feel like Eric really did a great job. Someone has obviously coached him regarding public speaking, and I feel like he's starting to do a great job with it.

That's right. You can't measure his heart, and his BB IQ very well, either. I've never been very good at predicting who will translate well from college to the NBA, but I think Eric is going to make his mark. (I hope that's not my heart speaking too much.)
