Sorry didnt know where to put this. You guys seem to have more insider info than the average Joe.

I booked our trip right after we won on Sunday with the travel company. When I booked the trip. I picked the one that included everything except the flights. In that package it stated that lower level seats were guaranteed with priority. Booked flights with points. Just got back from San Antonio and saw the email from the Athletic Department about the travel packages. The way I am reading the email it says only the people who booked the package with Air included are guaranteed lower level seats. None are now even listed on the website. This would be a change in what I booked and paid for. Does anyone else read the email this way? Did anyone else book the same package with that in mind? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance. Hope I am just over reading this.

The booked the same package as you and it should be lower level tickets. I think they stopped offering the packages as each package was filled. Try calling the 1-800 number provided and they should be able to confirm. I left a message and hopefully I'll hear back from them in the morning.

I'll try to PM you once I find out or receive a call book.

Thanks. I called too but didn't leave a message. Figured I would call back tomorrow. Let me know if you hear anything or if anyone else has info on this as I think a lot of us booked with that expectation.

WTF :?:

Nothing wrong with that its only fair. With such limited numbers its only fair to give other people a chance.

WTF :?:

Guess they want to spread the trip benefit out to as many students as possible. It makes sense. There were tons of students who registered for the first trip and didn't get selected. They should have a better shot at the second trip.
