-Lost to GSU for the first time in 13 tries

-Lost to a team that has lost to McNeese State, Samford, Hampton, Western Michigan, and Georgia Southern this season

-1-4 in true road games this year, 8-11 under Coach Smart as head coach

Sigh...

I said it in the in game thread and I'll say it again. "Bedbugs".

Fire whoever books our hotel rooms.

Not going to win many games when you shoot 34% and are out-rebounded by 17 or so... Gotta clean this up somehow.

road game all the way in atlanta, and jmu lost to them as well.

clearly it was the bonehead premature fantasy 3 thread ;)

It was me. I made a travel to Tampa this year instead of Atlanta.

-37-20...how much VCU was dominated on the glass

-4: VCU's leading rebounders total (Jamie Skeen)

I don't know how many times I've said this, but we have a finesse, perimeter oriented team full of 6-4 and smaller guards playing in a rugged conference where tough basketball is required. That's why Grant started Kirill for 2 years. That's what's required in CAA play. Shaka's havoc style isn't working.

I wish I could comment on this game. However, unless you were one of the 100 or so people to see it live, you didn't get to see it, and can't comment on anything but a horrible feed, whatever Mike and Robbie told you, or the box score.

Don't care much for the box score though.

Video feed was fine here, the audio sucked though.

JMU was atleast competitive
A loss is a loss, doesn't matter how ugly or pretty it is.

Not that we had a shot at one of these...but in a sport of at large bids where everything matters, a loss isn't just a loss.
