VCU Vs UT

This is a BIG OPPORTUNITY that we must capitalize on. Top 25 team on national TV.

What an opportunity to show the world what VCU can do.

Take them down boys.

You wanna finally get some national attention and respect from the media...?

Beat Tennessee. Our boys finally have the opportunity...now its time for them to take advantage of it.

only concern is that UT plays on the big stage like this all the time... our guys do not and may take a little while to get over the stage/MSG and just being there... hopefully they get it out of their system in shoot around and then treat it as just another beat down on a major conference team...

Our guys have been there and done that, the atmosphere doesn't get much better than a big CAA game or the tournament. Not to mention post season... They've proved they are up to the challenge and LIVE FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY to show what they're made of. With our older guys leadership, I have NO question they will make us all proud we're RAMS! They play their game for 40 min and 94' like they're capable of and we'll be just fine....

Seriously. This is great prep for the CAA tournament/possibly NCAA tournament sites etc.

If you can play at MSG, everything else is small-time in comparison.

Our starters +1 have the experience on this kind of stage. Joey, Brandon, Brad, and Ed have all been there in the NCAAs, NIT, and CBI, as have Toby at Colorado and Jamie at Wake Forest. They've all played under the bright lights before.

Freshman Rob Brandenburg played in front of nearly 15,000 at OSU's arena 8 months ago in the state semis.

Rob had a mediocre night with 7 points 7 boards with 3 for 10 shooting in 20 minutes
