yeah that guy sucked at life...he spent more time watching our fans in 23 and 24 than the game itself

It clearly shows the W&M player stepping out of bounds with the ref looking right at it. Should have been VCU ball with the score tired at 74. Check it out, I don't mean barely on the line, his entire foot is out of bounds.
