VCU's Probable Starting Lineup:

Point Guard:
Joey Rodriguez, Jr., 5-10, 175
9.4 ppg, 2.5 apg

Shooting Guard:
Jay Gavin, R-So., 6-2, 200
12.3 ppg, 2.8 rpg ('07-'08 at Marist)

Small Forward:
Bradford Burgess, So., 6-5, 215
7.4 ppg, 3.5 rpg

Power Forward:
T.J. Gwynn, R-Sr., 6-4, 205
4.4 ppg, 2.6 rpg

Center:
Larry Sanders, Jr., 6-11, 235
11.3 ppg, 8.6 rpg

I'm thinkin'
1. JRod
2. Ed
3. Big Shot
4. Karilla
5. The Landlord
However I could be wrong. Wouldn't be the first time, nor the last.

Guessing that probable lineup has some cred since it came from the University..maybe TJ earned a starting spot to see what he can do in the exhibition? Maybe Kirill isnt ready for Havoc yet? Maybe they just want to give us something to talk about lol

I think it's probably to protect us in case Larry gets in foul trouble. If we have both Kirill and Larry on the floor at the same time racking up fouls, then we have no one with sufficient height to match up with taller post-players. If Larry gets in foul trouble, we have a fresh Kirill who can match up with his height and strength to give Larry a breather. With Larry and TJ in the post, Larry can cover some of TJ's weaknesses with his lack of height. With both Larry and Kirill out, TJ would get abused by players who have 4-5 inches on him. Probably a smart move now that Saintil is out for a while.

The good news that Terrance should only be out about a month instead of the 3 reported. He'll be back in early December.

Probably is a quicker lineup with TJ starting as well, and by all accounts thus far, we are aiming for FAAASSSSSTTT!!!!!!!

If we are practicing with a 14-second shot clock, fast is an understatement.

Looks like we are going for a Mike D'Antoni-Phoenix Suns style offense.

That is great news. If we could get him back by Dec. 12th for the UR game that would be big since Jamie Skeen won't get eligable yet.

Havoc on a lightning bolt baby! In fact, Wreak Havoc written in gold lightning bolts over a black tee might be good for the Richmond game...
