Welcome Home Joe “BamBam” Bamisile!

It’s a shame Bam’s decision came after such an unpleasant game. It kind lost. He deserves to hear that VCU fans are happy he’ll be back. It was hard to think anything positive last night

I'm beginning to think the decision to walk to and home from games instead of driving helps us think things out a bit. It only takes <15 minutes. But it clears things up a bit. But I have someone as interested in my pov as I am in hers to talk to who just witnessed what I did, beside me though it all, who doesn't tend to lose hope. That most likely helps, too. There's a lot we have in the + here as we look at the big pic. I came home optimistic with hope in our future, Joe's word I first read about here served as icing.

My friend pointed out last night on the way home that Shulga is a tough and talented player and then he ticked off all the VCU players with 1,500 or more. We have had some great players to watch over the years.
Who and why?

Sorry, transfer portal fans, change the channel, this is not for you. ❤️

Dare you to show up and start grunting and dropping weights.
I worked for Nautilus Regency for a year back in the day, there was this one guy who'd come in pissedoff constantly, and doing pretty much this, messing everything up perhaps intentionally, and we alerted each other when he arrived, so we could babysit him.
The place was horribly mismanaged.
When Nautilus (with their patented machines) went out of business, they sold everything off to Living Well.

Terrific equipment and extremely efficient. Best 30 minute (not including the time spent barfing afterwards🤮) workout ever. Still use some of their revolutionary weight lifting principles in working out.

If I recall correctly, they designed their equipment around the nautilus shape something about it connecting to how a joint is formed and functions? I loved the place, and a grocery store was next door so when designing routines for clients we'd even take them shopping next door after a workout. We did diet creation for them as well. I learned a lot there from former Mr Natural, Carlos DeJesus, who trained us to work with people. I learned a ton from him about everything form diet to muscle functions, he taught well. GREAT guy, incredibly smart and one heck of a mentor they were darned lucky to have around, there.

Funny thing about the barf thing.. there was a Spider, Alex Pappajohn, who'd run there from UR, asked for me specifically, every time he told me to make him puke. No lie. I'd give it everything I HAD working him out, and he'd somehow run home. Not once did he need to call for a ride.

Parham Plaza, I knew the owerns of that franchise. If you did thinks correctly you could target muscles groups and really get quite a strength workout in a short period of time.
