What are the NCAA and NAIA talking about?

If the NCAA is going to assume almost a total monopoly over college sports, now is probably the time to give it a shot with the American Needle case about to hit the supreme court, with a decent change that the NFL might be granted more deference to violate antitrust law. I wonder who will have the balls to file an antitrust suit against the NCAA-- should be a good battle in a potential 'new era' of sports league monopolies.
