Gus's on Broad across from the Children's Museum was a nice place to watch last night's game. The couple of hours leading up to the game, the place was filled mostly with the recreational sports crowd hanging out after their dodgeball, volleyball, or whatever they just played, and around 8:30 or so, the crowd changed over to mostly VCU fans. They were also showing the Caps game and the VT NIT game.

I'd never been here before while it was Gus's, and what I liked about this place is that each booth had its own TV, the food was good, the service was responsive but understandably slow. By halftime and after the hockey and NIT games were done, ALL the TVs were switched over to the VCU game. They had the sound on during the game, of course. The crowd thinned out somewhat during the 2nd half, and that made the sound a lot easier to hear.

Where is everyone watching tomorrow?

was part of a fanatical crowd at HTG...V-C-U chants and nare a hokie in sight....all tv's ended up on the game and the crowd was really into the whole game...great sports bar scene for richmond...had no idea we had so many rabid fans :D

Watched: University of Dayton Arena, Section 205, Row D

Will Watch: United Center, TBD

Watched last night from my hotel room in Brunswick, Ga. My apologies to the guests who were awakened by my son and my whoops.

Will watch Friday night's game from a hotel room in Jacksonville, Fla. 82 degrees in Jax tomorrow but would gladly trade it for frigid Chi-town.

Watched: In Dayton.

Will Watch: From Mulligans, baring a miracle.

Yeah, did Rhode Island and NYC. Awesome fun times all around (except for the loss in West Kingston).
