whos the big-man coach? whos going to make larry top 10 NBA draft pick?

everyone is praising the bunch of coaches we brought in but no one knows what each one was brought here to do??? I would assume they were brought here to win games, but what is each coaches speciality???

I hope they know basketball. All aspects of the game. You should, to be a good head coach, or any coach for that matter.

I asked Ram Nation to interview (via video) the assistant coaches and place the interviews on the Forum. It would nice to know something about their background, their values, and the role they will be playing during the year .It would be nice to know what strengths they bring to the coaching staff and how they complement the other assistant coaches and Coach Smart. Does this make sense?
