That seems like a perfect fit (Wade/NC State).

Hypothetical question: How would you feel about Keatts at VCU if the position opened up? Strong Virginia ties.
I thought of this today and am reading
Now...the answer is: Nooooooooo!!

I already lived the retreads Sonny Smith and Paul Hewitt...do you really want a program destroyer leading VCU back to the garbage
Heap???

Just watch the Stu attendance be reduced to Mason's and VCU drops to the dregs of the A10...people around will reminiscing for Joe Rockhead or even Mike Polio.

I'm still confident we are going to get the job done in some shape or form here and get into the Big Dance come Sunday. That said, is there any greater confirmation of how brutal that Dayton loss was last Friday than District Baller not reappearing yet? I feel like if we won that game, he was going to magically reappear like we all know and love him to do (not being sarcastic - genuinely love his analysis).

It’s wild that the “magic number” for SEC & B1G teams is 18 while anyone outside of the P4 can win 25 games and still be sweating it.
Quality first then Quantity.

You could have 25+ wins but if half or more of your wins come against Q3/Q4.... those wins get diminished & not worth as much.

I understand the logic but 17 - 15 tOSH isn’t a quality team. The prognosticators had them as a lock if they beat similarly awful Iowa.

WVU is still a lock even though they have been awful in the back half of the season and lost to a Colorado team that went 3-17 in conference play. Wouldn’t call them quality and I am a semi fan of the Mountaineers.

I am watching Oklahoma - Georgia (yuck) and I’d take VCU over both of these teams as would the metrics.

Yet, VCU loses a Q2 game to a team who beat Marquette, UCONN, Cinci etc etc and we are a pariah.

Maybe not..... but you could argue that 24+ wins against primarily Q3/Q4 games & mid major ones at that isn't a quality team either.
