Congrats Shockers! Great win over a very good basketball team. Virginia Tech is easily a top 7 team in the state of Virginia. Hope they win the whole darn thing. I know Tech has been in the NIT for 4 years in a row now, but have they made it to MSG in those 4 years? I don't believe they have, and I am pretty sure they give them a #1 seed every year.

Loved watching the end of that game as Wichita State won it on a last second shot. I just wish my Cleveland State Vikings could have beat Charleston then we would have been hosting Wichita for a chance to make it to MSG.

Oh well at least a mid major will get their either Charleston who beat us or Wichita State.

Ok so VCU, GMU, ODU, W&M, JMU, UVA, VT. I don't know man I think Longwood and Radford could take them. :lol:

Ok so VCU, GMU, ODU, W&M, JMU, UVA, VT. I don't know man I think Longwood and Radford could take them.

Honestly, wouldn't put UVA in that line-up. Hampton or VCU Women team maybe.

Four straight NITs with three 1 seeds and a 2 seed. Never made it out of the quarterfinals and theyve been eliminated on their home court in 4 consecutive years.
