I figured that if I liquidated all available assets including my beat up pick up truck, raided the boys college funds and maxed out my credit cards that I would still be 3K short of obtaining courtside seats for me, Mrs. V
and the boys. I guess its row M for us again this year.

or you could just start a blog and get a press pass

Meh, the view is superb from where I sit. Plus I dont run the risk of some stinky ODU players clumsily falling into me when he gets shook out of his shoes. :D

Or you can get there 2 hours early, pretend you are still a student, and sit/stand on the baseline in the student section.  (Sorry...I couldn't resist....this is NOT intended to resurface THAT old thread!)

why sit on the floor when i basically have the VRamnation sitting next to me (rusty, ramithome, row6, fmrick, jeffc, mojlinar, vcuyvone, banana, xjohnx)

A couple of seasons ago, for $2,500 you could get seats about 5 rows up on the C section. Not sure if that is still possible, but it seems like donating another $5000 to move only 5 seats down is a bit overpriced. If you are anywhere between the foul lines the seats aren't bad anyway.

Like it or not prices are going to continue to go up and the relative benefits associated with a donation down...at least until interest in the program begins to tail off as a result. A couple more NCAA trips and the trend will continue. A couple more CBI trips...

The only person that I know that has that kind of money is Dr H. How much will $100 get me? In all seriousness, if we expect to be among the big boys, we have to write the big check.
