Recap: Once again, VCU found themselves battling for the number one spot in the conference, this time against Fordham Saturday at the Stu. VCU's early lead didn't last long but fortunately, the Rams were able to stick it out in the 80-61 win.
Sophomore guard Nick Kern Jr. led all Rams in scoring with 17 points. Not far behind was junior Ace Baldwin Jr. who chipped in 13.
The win puts VCU at the top spot in the Atlantic 10 conference, currently.
Next Game: VCU will travel to Philadelphia Tuesday, February 21st to take on St. Joe's. The game will be televised on ESPN+ at 7pm.
