Starting for an injured Joey Rodriguez, sophomore Darius Theus played beyond his years, posting all of his 8 points in the first half.  Fellow sophomore Troy Daniels was determined not to be outdone by his classmate, adding 8 of his own on and hitting 2-of-3 long range bombs to help the Rams jump out to a dominating 41-19 lead.

After a slow second half start, VCU used a balanced attack behind a plethora of new faces to hold off any type of serious Union comeback.  Check out these highlights to see what has people so excited about newcomers Toby Veal and Ram Nation "Game MVP", Rob Brandenburg.
