That 174 3* is not for this Joshua Hall. This Joshua Hall does not have much of a recruiting profile right now.

Interesting point about the other Josh Hall (#174 2016er, not the player we’re recruiting now) is that he used to be committed to Mike Rhoades at Rice.
 
So we go see him several times, go meet his family, offer him a slot for 2019. The next day he says, "Thanks but I'm going to reclassify to 2020 to see if I can get better offers."

Pull the offer and move on unless it was MR who suggested an extra year.

I may have read it wrong but I think the re-classify announcement was dated December 12.
