Dallas Baptist's bullpen was on fire. We had to play nearly error free ball to advance in a low scoring game. The guys came through in the clutch.

Great games. DBU was really good but we were better! I had sweaty palms all day watching & tracking the games! Awesome achievement for the program and our new coach! Proud day to be a Ram fan.

Maybe no more appropriate name than Machin. He is automatic at short. Once Lees was in the game I felt pretty comfortable, because well he is Matt Lees. Thompson was ballsy and efficient as you can get especially for a freshman. It was a fun "weekend" of games to watch, lets keep it rolling.

VCU plays Miami in a Friday-Sunday series with starting times for each game being 12 NOON. Friday & Saturday games are on ESPNU. The Sunday game (if necessary) will be on either ESPN2 or ESPNU.

Noon on Friday sucks. I won't be watching that one.
