A matchup so nice, we got it twice - both the men and women play Villanova in the NIT and WBIT. Let's go 2-0!

History: VCU is 0-1 all-time against Villanova.

Last Meeting: We don't like to talk about it, but Villanova defeated VCU 77-53 at Barclays Center on November 24, 2014.

Utah St playing as the lower seed…not bad for a team that had to totally rebuild
 
I’ll kind of laugh. Everyone rooted against VCU who had a significantly higher net so VCU being the the champs would have been Dayton last signature win. Then the A10 gets one bid.
