It's been almost four years since Ed McLaughlin was named Athletics Director at Virginia Commonwealth University and he hasn't slowed down. Under McLaughlin the Rams made the jump from CAA to Atlantic 10, have expanded and upgraded the Siegel Center and recently were tasked with one of the toughest challenges of his tenure: replacing Shaka Smart.
