If we did make the movie (and I’m not 100% convinced that banner is really related to us), then it’s because we probably have a VCU grad that worked on the movie. The same thing happened in that Fresh Prince spinoff show.

Elon Musk instituted a limit of reading (i.e. loading) 600 tweets per day for non-paid accounts, making Twitter basically impossible for most people to use since they get “rate limit exceeded” errors.

Twitter loads 50 tweets each time you open the app, so opening the app 12 times is enough.

It's a wee bit cornfusing but it looks like employees using vcu's networks aren't allowed to have the apps on their devices that connect to the network. For now, the sites are not network-wide blocked (non-employees can/will be able to access them via the network), but that very well may change sooner or later, treated much the same as pornhub.
