Eric Maynor traded to OKC Thunder

Cheap, stupid Jazz. In 6:52 seconds of play (into the 2nd half) Price is 0-1 from the field, with 2 assists and 3 (yes, count them, 3) turnovers. Go Thunder!

7 points (3-4, 1-1 from 3), 4 assists (0 turnovers), 2 boards, 2 steals and 1 block. He was +13 (second on the team). Not too shabby for 12 minutes of play.

Maynor is representing VCU well in the NBA.

Thunder Rare 4 Game Win Streak

Durant thrusts Thunder to rare four-game win streak
Dec. 29, 2009
CBSSports.com wire reports

WASHINGTON -- Kevin Durant had 35 points and 11 rebounds, Jeff Green added 18 points and the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Washington Wizards 110-98 Tuesday night for the franchise's first four-game winning streak in 3½ years.

It was the fifth straight game that Durant, who had 40 points in Monday's win at New Jersey, topped the 30-point mark. He has exceeded 30 points nine times in Oklahoma City's 14 December games.

The Thunder, which last won four straight from April 2-6, 2006, when they were the Seattle SuperSonics, earned their ninth road victory of the season -- one more than they had during 2008-09, their first season in Oklahoma City.

The score was tied five times in the fourth quarter before the Thunder went on a decisive 14-2 run that began with a layup by Eric Maynor that erased the 90-89 lead. Washington had gone up on a right-side 3-pointer by Gilbert Arenas.

Antawn Jamison scored 28 points and Arenas added 24 for the Wizards, who have lost three straight. Washington has three skids of three or more games this season.

Russell Westbrook and James Harden scored 11 apiece for the Thunder. Westbrook had 10 assists.

Arenas tallied the first nine points as Washington closed the first half on a 23-11 run for a 55-53 halftime lead.

Durant followed up a 14-point first quarter with the Thunder's final nine of the first half, including a buzzer-beating windmill slam.

Its all about Eric... :D

darn i thought that is the one i linked to. Why is the internet so tricky?!?

Only nine days after trading Eric Maynor to Oklahoma City, the Jazz will face their former first-round draft pick tonight before flipping the calendar to 2010. Their search for Maynor's replacement, meanwhile, will take them into the new year.

The Jazz continue to consider multiple possibilities for the 13th player they are required to carry, everything from signing a backup to Deron Williams and Ronnie Price from the NBA Development League to acquiring one from a fellow NBA team through a trade.
