I have no idea what Tobi does in practice, but in-game have we seen anything to indicated slam dunk contest-level dunking? He gets most of his dunks off ally opps and passes in the paint. Just because you have an insane vertical doesn't mean you have any creativity in dunking. Not saying he doesn't, just saying I haven't seen it.
