I assume that's why he hasn't decommited yet. I doubt Rhoades would take him at PSU so he's either trying to find other options, or decided hey, tons of playing time may be possible lol

What makes you say that Penn State is going to be really good? They have Ace to begin their rebuild but that is kind of all they have right about now.
